-All units are machine-sewn.

-All units come with 3 bundles.

-All units are glueless.

-All units require some leave-out hair, depending upon your styling.

-All units come with attachable combs to assist with installation.

​

-All units are made to order, so there will be a 7 to 14 days turnaround.

 

-All units are handled with care which includes a wig hanger, wig bag, and some essential gifts that will be included in each order.

-All units will have instructional and care steps included.

​

-All units are non-refundable due to the specifics of each order, unit choice (u-part style), capsize, hair color, and bundle amounts.

​

-A unit duration or lifespan is based upon the care of the owner.

​

-Our products offered are custom u-part wigs, weave extensions, t-shirt apparel, hair bonnets, wig bags, mugs, and training classes on wig making.

​

-Once payment is received in full for the training class, the participant will receive full details on the itinerary or location in which the classes will be held. The information will be sent out via email.

​

-All units will be shipped through the United States Postal Service.

​

-All orders will be given tracking information upon shipping.

​

-If a package is lost or stolen, please refer to your local postal service for further advice.
